THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA.
Teapreneur.com does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our web site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. Teapreneur.com does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in our web site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You (and not Teapreneur.com) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing repair or correction.

No Income Guarantee:
Teapreneur.com makes no claim regarding income guarantees or results from using its services or any partner services.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your Teapreneur.com customer membership at anytime you desire, however there will be no refunds for any charges processed within 5 business days (120 hours) of your cancellation notice. The act of canceling can be made via email, though we recommend that you cancel your subscription yourself through your PayPal account. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, there will be no refunds for that payment. Cancellation requests submitted by e-mail must contain your name, username and date joined. If any of this information is missing, the cancellation request will not be processed and you are liable for all membership fees until Teapreneur.com receives required information.
Refunds:
As you get immediate access to the full training located at http://www.leafteamembers.com and bonus products, under no circumstances will Teapreneur.com refund any money for any reason. You are agreeing that you are purchasing a membership to Teapreneur.com by your own accord without any coercion or intimidation by anyone associated with or not with Teapreneur.com. In addition, you agree not to attempt to charge back or dispute any charges made by Teapreneur.com to your credit card, PayPal account or any other payment processing listed at Teapreneur.com today or in the future.
